The final evening of the Voicingers on Tour – Slovakia festival also belonged to the graduates of the workshops, who received certificates signed by the director of the Hevhetia publishing house, Ján Sudzina, and the director of the Voicingers festival, Grzegorz Karnas. After this nice ceremony, the French audience was introduced to the French singer and melaphone player Manu Domergue.
Saturday’s concert belonged to the trio of Slovak pianist Jana Bezek. Before her concert, the graduates of the workshops played their composition together with their lecturers.
Festival Voicingers are not only workshops and education, but also broadening the musical horizon. This includes numerous jam sessions as well as regular concerts. The first concert evening belonged to the author of the idea Voicingers, Grzegorz Karnas and his group Karnas Formula.
On the third day, primary school children also had their workshops. The conservators were already preparing their performances for the final evening of Voicingers on tour – Slovakia 2019.
On the second day of the workshops within the Voicingers on Tour – Slovakia series, Jana Bezek, Igor Hnydyn and Manu Domergue were in charge.
The final of this year’s series of concerts was performed by the Folwark group around the Polish clarinetist Szymon Klima.
The final showcase concert belonged to the Polish experimental trio Backspace [augmented].
Italian guitarist Francesco Bruno premiered with his quartet at showcase concerts.
On the second day of the showcase of concerts, guitarist Miloš Železňák started in a duet with drums.
