A walk through the former selected iconic headquarters of the Hevhetia publishing house, his supporters commemorated the 20th anniversary of its founding. There were also musical guests such as Pavel Jakub Ryba, Ján Kopčák, Zuzana ‘Skyva’ Eperješiová, Paweł Kaczmarczyk and the author of the visual identity of Hevhetia, Peter Beňo.

Accordionist Peter Katina presented his book Music in a Different Way via a video stream at the Artforum in Košice. The virtual guest of the evening was the editor Tatiana Pirníková, the debate was moderated by the publisher of the book Ján Sudzina.

The „WeEurope.art” concert will be the largest jazz music concert in the Old Continent. Jazz music concert organisers from all over Europe have worked together to make this project a reality. All concerts organised as part of the „WeEurope.art” project can be viewed online free of charge at WeEurope.art and on Facebook.com/WeEuropeArt in the Events section on 21st May 2021 on 8.00 PM (CEST).

Already on Friday, 21st May a dozen or so artists will give the largest online concert in the Old Continent’s history, called “We Europe”. The event called WE EUROPE will consist of 10 live concerts from 10 European countries. All of them will be available for free at: WeEurope.art, starting from 8 p.m.

London joins European metropolises to take part in the Old Continent’s biggest online jazz concert We Europe. The concert at the iconic Vortex Jazz Club will feature Alina Bzhezhinska.

On May 21, jazz concerts will take place in nine places in Europe as part of the WE EUROPE project. These will be streamed and made available to the public for free!

Following the Spanish flu pandemic the economy boomed, major technological advances were made, artistic life flourished and the jazz music scene blossomed. With those events from the 1920s in mind, nine artists will give the largest online concert in the Old Continent’s history, called “We Europe”. All performances will be available to viewers online and free of charge at WeEurope.art. On Friday, 21st May at 8 p.m.

The ninth year of the Hevhetia Summer Music Festival and the 3rd year of the Hevhetia ShowCase & JazzBus are successfully over. It’s time to hang out with a drink.
